Nik Ceram Razi, the Technical Engineering Company has been established in 2009 and it started its activities at Isfahan science and technology town. The company is focused on two fields with specialists and skilled engineers: industrial and medical engineering.
Industrial Field
The main activities of the industrial research group are consulting and production of special industrial parts. It can be argued that manufacturing of all steels and its alloy is possible in this category. Among the most important achievements of this section should be noted on “railway crossing” which has a large portion of important in the railway industry market. Now we are the single source in producing of this product in Iran. Another product of this research group is special equipment in ceramic and defensive industries. Our experts have know-how of the fabrication of high-temperature furnaces up to 2500 °C. This equipment due to its high risk and technological knowledge is distinguished between other products. In addition, there are more experience and technological documentation about materials science and engineering from steels (almost all kinds of steels and cast iron), coating (sol-gel to HVOF).
Medical Field
The basic idea of company in this field is a fabrication of bioactive materials for medical and dental applications by experts and engineers in materials science and biomedical engineering. Additionally, common Bioceramics (Bioactive Glass, Hydroxyapatite, Fluoroapatite and Tricalcium phosphate), the company has to be proud a special and unique product which is named NikBone®, the result of several years of researches and continuous internal studies, to introduce in materials and medical equipment marketing. NikBone® is the most suitable choice for treatment and repair defects of hard and soft tissues of the body as a highly bioactive bioceramic compound. All our products have passed any kind of In vitro and In vivo tests and have proven their good performances.
Kinds of Materials Toxicity Tests (MTT) and cell culture and manufacturing solutions simulated body (SBF), artificial saliva solution perform in our equipped laboratory.
